These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nova AIRA ("AIRA", "we", "our", or "us"), including our applications, browser extensions, integrations, websites, and related services.
By accessing or using AIRA, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Nova AIRA provides workflow and communication analysis tools designed to help teams improve execution, coordination, and communication seamlessly across workplace platforms, such as Gmail, Slack, and other collaborative tools.
- Follow-up assistance
- Continuous live summarization
- Information continuity suggestions
- Response delay awareness
- Contextual drafting assistance
- Execution-related productivity analysis
2. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account or connect third-party services to use certain features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Protecting authentication credentials
- Preventing unauthorized use of connected services
3. Authorized Use
You agree to use AIRA only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. You may not:
- Violate the services
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with system security
- Use the service for unlawful monitoring or harmful activities
4. Third-Party Integrations
AIRA may integrate with third-party services including Gmail, Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and related platforms. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You control which accounts and services are connected to AIRA.
5. Data and Privacy
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
AIRA is designed with a privacy-first approach. We process information only as necessary to provide requested functionality. Google Workspace data accessed through Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features may use automated systems or AI-assisted processing to generate workflow suggestions, summaries, drafted responses, or contextual recommendations. These outputs are intended to assist users and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for professional, legal, financial, or personal decisions.
7. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service periodically as we improve the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information and system integrity. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the AIRA platform, including software, branding, and related materials, remain the property of Nova AIRA or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own data and content.
10. Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time and may revoke connected integrations through account settings or the platform permissions. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of:
- Misuse
- Policy violations
- Security threats
- Unlawful activity
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova AIRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
